Activity record
To help us fix problems faster, the site can keep a record of the pages you open and the buttons you press while signed in — never what you type or the answers you choose. Kept 90 days, on our own servers only. When this is off, only errors are kept. Privacy Policy, section 7.
Deactivate Account
Deactivating signs you out and disables login. Your CE completion records and receipts are kept (we're required to retain them), and you can contact us any time to reactivate.
Request deletion of my data
You can ask us to erase your personal information. We'll complete it within 45 days and your account is deactivated straight away. Your CE completion records are kept for five years — reduced to your name, license number, course, completion date, hours and certificate number. They are the evidence you earned the credit, and we're required to retain them as an approved provider. Payment records are kept seven years for tax. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
